  • Dr. Glinberg accepts Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and self-pay patients on a fee-for-service basis. Dr. Glinberg is applying to work with additional health insurance companies. Updated insurance information will be posted here as it becomes available. 

  • New patient consultation (60-75 minutes): $320

    Follow-up appointment with established patient (45-60 minutes): $240

    Patients are requested to keep a credit card on file and sign a consent for automatic billing so that appointment time is not used to take care of finances. Your credit card information is stored in the secure electronic health record system.

  • Dr. Glinberg's office is located at 725 Heartland Trail, Suite 110, in Madison, WI. There is free parking available.
